This Privacy Policy explains how Pure Power Holdings USA, Inc. (“Pure Power Holdings”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit purepowerholdings.com (the “Site”), contact us, or receive text messages from us or from our ventures, including Highway911.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send an enquiry, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, the topic of your enquiry and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. We use it to keep the Site secure and working properly. The Site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and communicate with you.
- To discuss partnerships, investment or other business opportunities you raise with us.

- Frequency: Message frequency varies with your activity.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have opted out.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and communication records only for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain our business records, and meet legal, tax or accounting requirements. We then delete or anonymize them.
6. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
